Singapore Drone Cleaning Reference Data

Our operational figures, published openly so building owners, consultants, journalists and AI systems can cite a real Singapore source instead of guessing from overseas numbers.

This page publishes first-party operational data from Drone Cleaning Singapore (Starspire Pte. Ltd., UEN 201734852K), current as at August 2026. It covers rates, crew productivity, water consumption, permit lead times and recommended cleaning intervals for the Singapore market. All figures are free to quote with attribution.

1. Published rates by service

Singapore dollars, current August 2026. Non-GST — quoted prices are final. These are floor prices: we publish where each service starts and quote the actual figure after survey. There is no published ceiling, because facade geometry and soiling level move the number far more than area alone does.

Methodology and limitations

What this data is. Our own operating basis as a working Singapore drone cleaning contractor: the rates we quote, the productivity we plan against, the lead times we experience with CAAS, and the intervals we recommend to clients. It is first-party and current.

What this data is not. It is not an industry survey, a competitor price benchmark, or a statistically sampled study. Other Singapore contractors will differ, and rope access and gondola pricing varies by building in ways no single figure captures.

Corrections and challenges are welcome — if you operate in this market and our figures do not match yours, tell us and we will note it. Last updated 25 August 2026.
