- Building address — we can check the airspace from this alone
- What needs cleaning — facade, roof, solar array, glazing
- Approximate area or panel count, if you know it
- Building height or number of storeys
- Substrate — glass, ACP, painted concrete, metal roof
- Any deadline — allow 3–4 weeks for CAAS permits
- Competing quotes, if you have them — we would rather price against a real number
Do not have the details? Send the address anyway. We can work most of it out ourselves.
What happens next
- We review the site — airspace check, elevation estimate, initial feasibility.
- Site assessment where the job warrants it, usually within a week.
- Fixed-price quote, valid 30 days, with any hybrid scope itemised.
- Permits and scheduling on acceptance — allow three to four weeks to the flying date.
